  • Bought a 60 inch flat screen Sharp TV from them maybe a year and half ago. The other day the power button broke off. Normal wear and tear, but I wouldn't expect this type of wear and tear after 1.5 years...I understand, if I dropped it down the stairs or I threw a rock through the screen, but simply using the power button to the turn the power on and off, and I bought the warranty which is absurdly more expensive than Costco, and they still denied it. My advice if buying a TV, stick with Costco!
