  • Went in on Tuesday morning hoping that the store would not be packed. I wanted to purchase an ipad and a few accessories for my phone. Went in, looking for help from an associate. Found four of them standing around in a huddle talking away, so I asked them for help, and they said that they are technical help, that I needed to look for an salesperson... Ok, point me into the direction of one... my answer was, ask everyone else but us. ....What? Every apple associate is wearing a blue shirt. How am I supposed to tell them apart from technical help to sales associate. Left right away and I don't think I will be getting that ipad after all.
