  • I am so upset ! I am a local here in Vegas and I took my kids to this casino , both over the age of 21 with ID ! My son was cashing out his ticket , when a very mean pushy security guard came up swearing down his neck, my son doesn't drink doesn't cause problems , MR RIPPLE (security) asked for everyone's ID , we weren't gambling or drinking , he was pushy mean and swearing at my kids ! I asked for supervisor he refused, I tried to talk to information, no one would help us , I am never going to send anyone to this casino, I am so upset by the way we were treated ! Really sad they allow such a person any form of power , he laughed in my face , said I need to learn how to dress in Vegas , maybe wear some heels! Are you kidding me this is so disrespectful , I'm ashamed I ever spent a dime here ,
