  • It's 8:12 p.m. on a school night and the tech from Collins Comfort has just left our house after staying late to replace our hot water heater. After getting the run around from another company (Delta Mechanical, who did the original install of our water heater that broke at the young age of 4 years old, we are looking at you. . . thanks for putting us on hold for 30 minutes and telling us you don't know the name of any supervisors), Collins Comfort Masters went above and beyond to make things right. Thank you!
