We stopped by the dealership almost 2 years later to give them first chance on buying a new truck & trading off the one we originally bought from them and were not impressed. They low balled us on our trade in and still expected for us to buy their $71K truck. We tried to keep business with them even after our horrible experience with their Parts dept. Our original sales person was welcoming but they sure were not accommodating our needs. We told them upfront what we were buying & what we needed out of our trade and they failed to comply while we were at their dealership. However they did call us after we left with a different offer to try to earn our business but it was already too late. My husband went around the corner to one of their competitors & worked out a great deal on a truck that same night.
