rev:text	If I could give zero stars I would. ZERO!! The OLDER women behind the counter that's so called trying to make this guys business better is not by all means.. She puts up a HUGE front like she's this wonderful business lady from Beverly HILLS..... She not. If anything she's making his business 10x worse! I Took my GF's dog lambie here on November 21 2015. Dropped him off at 9:30am and was told To come back at 3pm. Like I said before This lady was blabbering about how she's from Beverly Hills this that and the other, how she's had many locations in Beverly Hills and Las Vegas, showing me how she does things and so forth.. Sounded more like she was trying to push puppy loves customer's out and on their way to her store fronts and locAtions. Shady... We brought LAMBIE here because we had brought him here last year and who ever cut him did an amazing job! PERFECT. We were expecting the same job but were greeted upon arrival with nothing but EXCUSES. A TRUCK LOAD OF EXCUSES.. Even a voice mail. This is very unacceptable!! Very unprofessional at that.. Upon further inspection this lady didn't even bath my GF's dog... He still had a matted tail and she CHARGED us $10 extra for matting.... Like WHAT THE HELL?! COME ON?!!!! I feel bad for the actual owner because this lady is supposed to be promoting more business, better business at that and she seriously just made this guy LOOSE another customer... Not to mention she said something about if you refer 3 dogs you'll get your next visit free... LOLOLOL why would I recommend ANYONE to this place. That older women is a joke... That one SO CALLED BEVERLY HILLS BUSINESS WOMEN...... I would never recommend this place ever to anyone.. Save your money and most important your dogs safety and mental well being. Who knows what this older women is doing when we're not there. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOME WHERE ELSE.... Even fucking petco. And I hate not supporting mom and pop shops but with customer service like this it's just not right..
