Drs might be en pointe with the exception of a few but their front office staff is eye candy for a night club with no customer service de-escalation skills and rude. I talked to one front office person who did not know the last name of her manager! How do you know the first name and not your managers last name at a professional medical office!? Again...night club! I have waited for three days to get someone to call me back. I left three messages. Walgreens pharmacy called them twice and they had not responded to them as we wait for a medication to be approved that I had already told the doc that it probably would not because it was brand new on the market that a pharmaceutical rep was probably pimping! $735 was the med cost. No bueno. I just needed an alternative so I called on new patient line since existing patients had gone to voicemail the last few days and I got club-disney-man-Child on the line. Enough already Dr Melmed! If you don't have high expectations for the face of your office how do you expect to continue to run a legitbusiness? We have spent thousands of dollars there and we expect excellent and professional customer service. Your front office manager was very apologetic after talking to her but it appears that she has no support or say so in the children that you have working at your front desk. So not okay. We are transferring records out as I can't deal with it anymore and going to Dr Ziegler and Dr Gatt. Do better!
