  • I have been going here (mostly for my kids) for the past three years. I've had mixed feelings about this location in the past. I will say though that this year's visit for glasses (whole family was seen) was really good. They seem understaffed but the people working did a really good job of keeping things flowing and attending to everyone as fast as they can. In the past I've spent easily two hours there each time to get glasses. This year even with being understaffed I was out of there in an hour and that includes the eye exam too. I was especially impressed with Neil. He is helpful, friendly, and knows his job. He was very sweet to my daughter and she walked away feeling really good about her new glasses.
