Called the store today looking for a specific watch for my husband, and was told they actually had it in stock. I was very impressed with the customer service over the phone and was excited to buy from Vivid. I asked how late the store was open and then told them I would be there that evening to purchase and also arrange for engraving. I arrived more than an hour before close, doors were locked with a message to ring bell for service. I rang the bell twice (with a minute or so delay in between rings), standing outside in the 9-degree weather, while I watched employees who did not come to the door or acknowledge I was there. After 4 minutes of waiting outside in the cold I decided I could find another jeweler who might want my money and business. While I know a $700 watch is not a big sale for a store like this, I would not have thought that it was completely insignificant. Besides they could have no way of knowing who I was ringing the door anyway. I am shocked and dismayed by the lack of service at this store. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing from Vivid and I will be encouraging my husband, friends and family to choose another location as well for their future jewelry purchases.
