  • I wanted to buy a new TV and had been doing some research on what I wanted. I chose this Best Buy because it is the closest to where I live. I knew I wanted a smart Tv but I had no clue what apps came with it or which one I should get. I met Tyler he was amazing! He told me everything that I asked for, showed me the difference's and what was best for me from the info I gave him. Very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. After me and my Son received all the info we picked out the TV. Then we met Damien. He made sure that the tv that we wanted was in stock and also the sound bar. While he was looking for the sound bar I asked for he found an open box that was a better one only 8 dollars more and brought it to us in case we wanted that one instead. I can't say enough about these 2 young Men. The service was great and I will definitely go there whenever we need something.
