  • This La-Z-Girl chooses La-Z-Boy every time! Quality product? Check. Quality service? Check. This wasn't my first purchase from LZB and it certainly won't be my last. Their reputation stands on its own. The quality you receive in their furniture is above the rest. It doesn't hurt they maintain a lifetime warranty of the frame and mechanism. What I love it you can pretty much pick any fabric or leather for any chair or sofa. Other furniture stores usually only offer a sofa in a few different fabrics. Thumbs down to that! That makes LZB that much better. We were helped by Michael in our purchase. He was very genuine and attentive. The plus side is they aren't on commission so there wasn't any high pressure from anyone. We even received a thank you card in the mail after the fact. That's definitely pleasing for any customer. Another incredible fact: we purchased our items during one sale. A few weeks later they had a different sale in which our discount would be much more. All I had to do was call for the price adjustment! Not too shabby! Thank you La-Z-Boy for your commitment to quality and service.
