  • NOTE FOR THOSE GOING IN FOR PROMOS! Garbage promo team! I got a promo for three free nights. Called made reservations. They gave me a confirmation code. I hung up then called back and asked for a confirmation email they said "we don't do that usually but we will". NEVER got the email. I spoke to a Chris on 7/14. I then called to confirm the reservation today, which is the weekend for my birthday trip, because I never got anything and they said I had booked it for another day. IF this recording said that let me hear it! FYI it's against the law to record without prior approval from the party.....so I call bs. If it is true email it to me. Show me I approved for you to record me and also that I reserved for the 25th. Also did they record me ASKING for a confirmation email???? THAT I NEVER RECEIVED!!! If I had received the email a month ago I would have corrected the problem. Go screw yourself I'll happily spend my money at a nicer more customer professional hotel! Thanks for ruining my birthday weekend!
