This review is for the woman who identifies herself as the "store manager." I've taken my son to this location many times before, however this is the first time that he had this particular stylist cut his hair. He told the woman to cut his hair according to the notes in his profile ( #3 clippers sides and back and longer on top) but this time he wants to grow out the top to have a side part. She starts clipping his hair. My husband notices that his haircut is not looking right. He approaches the stylist and says why are you cutting it so short "he always has the #3 size (3/8 inch)". The stylist replies "it is a #3". My husband tells her we always come here and he gets the same haircut and that is not a #3! The stylist changes her tune and says your son said he wanted a "comb-over" and the sides are like that for a comb-over. My husband replies "clearly that is not a #3 length" just by looking at it. (If you scroll back and look at the Yelper Nick D. 's reviews and pics, my sons haircut is starting to look like his, and that is definitely not 3/8 of an inch in length for the back and sides). The woman gets in defensive mode and keeps talking about a comb-over, etc, etc. My son only mention that he wanted to grow out the top so he can have a side part. "Comb-over" was never mentioned. She finishes up butchering my son's hair. No one is happy at this point. The woman rings up the transaction and hands my husband the charge slip, she double charges for the haircut. My husband looks at the bill and asks " Why are you double charging me?" She takes the slip back and voids the transaction and gives him a new one and says "I did nothing wrong, You're the one with the problem!" He replies and says" I do have a problem because I'm the one paying for it."
I cannot believe this woman is the store manager. She has a very bad attitude. She never said sorry once. She is defensive and argues with the customer. I will NEVER go to this Great Clips again.
