I came here looking to get healthy. My original goal was not to get sick during high stress workloads. I started with the 21 day program, and realized there was more to fitness than just working out and eating. The coaches Peter and Jen both spent time in explaining how nutrition effects the body and how to counteract the effects of stress on the body. As I started to see the results I became more committed to the process. I also saw how Peter and Jen take a vested interest in their clients. Even in the group class, each person's special needs are taken into consideration. Modifications to the exercise are provided as well as guidance so that you are doing the move properly. There is NEVER any judgement from them or the other clients. The classes are small enough to get the "one on one" feel. Even though the classes are meant to be smaller, there has never been a time that I was denied a class or attending. There is always room for everyone!
The results of the training, my original goal has been met! I DID NOT get sick during the extreme high stress workload! That is results!
What started out as a short 21-day commitment, has now turned into a learning life style. Love this place! Give it a try - Don't think you will be disappointed!
