  • The exam I had on the 19th was great. They were quick, efficient and didn't try to squeeze in unnecessary exams. The 3 star rating is due to the ordering of my contacts. When I scheduled my appointment I was down to my last pair. I requested to have my contacts shipped to my house and I was prepared to wait the 7-10 days for them to arrive. It's now June 1st and still no contacts. I have called the office, today being the 3rd time and have left messages on their voicemail since no one answers the phone but apparently no one calls you back either. I'm going to have to drive down there tomorrow now to see what's going on. Im extremely annoyed and in the middle of a busy week/weekend I'm frustrated having to figure out when I can make it there to find out what happened.
