rev:text	I was so disgusted by the conditions and poor service of this place that I felt compelled to write this review for everyone else. I ordered the My Thai boba (Thai Tea boba) with light ice last week and it tasted nothing like Thai Tea. It tasted like skim milk. Then they also forgot the ice so we simply asked them for light ice since we had asked for it. Then the worker takes the drink, peels off the plastic covering while chuckling with his coworker repeating our request sarcastically to "add some ice" thinking that we are not seeing all this happening. The place where all the boba and toppings were stored was extremely dirty with spilled boba and other drinks mixed together in the crevices. It was just gross! Then he spills the drink all over the ice machine as he reaches in for the ice. Oh and to top it all off, he coughs and rubs his rose, ALL WHILE STILL HOLDING MY DRINK. You can imagine how disgusting it was and like any sane person would, I didn't want my drink or any other drink made by them anymore. With that being said, I asked for a refund. They of course refused to give the refund saying that it was their store policy and that they'll make me a new drink. I asked them to ask their store manager for an exception because I do not want any other drink by them. One guy went in the back to "ask the manager" and another worker told me that the manager wasn't there. Just a total waste of my time. You should definitely rethink your decision about getting "boba" at this place. Yuck!
