This was my first and only experience there: I took in two large bags full of clothes. Acknowledging the name of the place, I only presented name brands (Karl Lagerfeld, Calvin Klein, Hudson Jeans, etc), all purchased within the last two years and all barely worn. I had plenty of time to peruse the store which smelled strongly of talcum powder, and I quickly realized that "Name Brand Exchange" is anything but. It was like reuniting with the trashiest corners of my high school closet ten years ago. It's no surprise they barely wanted anything, and what little they did take was the worst of the bunch. The girls who work here never stop condescending to customers, but they should put their nasty attitudes to rest, as they clearly lack any knowledge of what a name brand is or what people wear in this decade. I should have walked right back out as soon as I got there.
