  • I think the meaning of American style service is lost in translation here. There are some serious attitude issues. The policy of holding your drivers license hostage until you leave needs further explanation. My license was never returned. The message I left on their VM was never returned. After reaching someone on the phone, I was told that it "should" still be there. Maybe they are not aware that we are in a recession, and that people are going to go where they mostly feel welcomed.
