| - Like the other reviews - words alone cannot explain how bad this company is. I had install scheduled on a new home, but was told the line cannot be run to the house, and they would come back the next day and someone would "bird drop" the line. 3 days later nobody has showed up, no explanation, and no return calls from a supervisor. Keep in mind, I now have moved into a house with no TV, no internet and no internet means I have no way to control lights, AC, alarm, pool equipment, or work from home. While the techs that come out are OK and seem to care - they people in the office are terrible, powerless, and do not care. The biggest issue is that they are essentially a monopoly (Century Link is no better) and those in Phoenix area have no choices!!!
