Purchased a vehicle from them last Friday night, the sales rep Adam did a good job and was very knowledgeable about the Rav 4 we were interested in. The problem began in finance. A real effort was made for me to leave the building without reviewing a breakdown of expenses. If I hadn't insisted on reading my contract. I would've been charged an additional $600 in addition to accepting an interest rate that was more than previously agreed-upon. We love our vehicle, but we left the dealership feeling that their was a concerted effort to defraud us. Why an initial good experience has to end up like that, I don't know. But I will never do business with them again.
My advice ? Read every line of your contract. Right Toyota hopes you do not and will take full advantage if given the chance.
