Directv has horrible customer service. Today I called to help set up a box on a new TV. All I ever heard was that they could not help me. They kept repeating it over and over. I called twice and chatted 3 times. I was put into a protection plan without my permission. Nothing was explained to me. Now I have to wait a few days for a technician to come out when they could have helped me over the phone but all they wanted was to enroll me in a protection plan. The worst to deal with. I have had Directv for 10 years and have not had one good interaction with them. They lie a lot. Unbelievable.
