  • I have come to this location probably a dozen times, and they have been subpar to decent at best. Today though, while on my way to work, I stop inside and place my order. After waiting around 15 minutes, I finally explain they forgot my drink order. They give me the look like I must be lying and that this could never happen. Like it would worth it to lie over a $3 cup of coffee!? I never even received an apology for the wait. Is this how you treat a customer? Last time I will go here.
