  • This was my very first visit to Topgolf. Hopefully it's not like this in every Topgolf location. For now, this review is only for their restaurant on the main level. Service was extremely poor. Took about 15 mins to get somebody to clean our table. Then it took about an extra 15 mins to get our order. Then our drinks never came. Food arrives about 25 mins after we ordered and still no drinks yet. My wife had to personally get our drinks from the bar and bring them to our table! Just terrible service. Food was just okay. We ordered the following: 1. Pepperoni Flatbread - we requested the pepperoni to be placed on the side coz my daughter doesn't eat them, and when the server brought it to our table, he accidentally dropped all the pepperoni on the floor, stared at it and picked them up and never returned with a replacement pepperoni! Unbelievable! Taste was good. 2. The G.O.A.T. Which is a caramelized french toast, maple syrup, Cap'n Crunch breaded fried chicken, jalapeño gravy, over easy egg, green onion, chopped bacon, Cholula. - this was actually pretty good. 3. Veggie Burger - my wife did not like it. So don't order this when you are here. They were a bit quicker when they want you to pay your check. Totally the opposite of when we were about to order. They were so hard to get their attention when you need them. It even seems like they were avoiding us. But when it comes to the check, we didn't even call them and they were there asking if we wanted the check. Our current wait time for golf is 2.5 hours, so I don't know about the golf aspect of Topgolf yet. Hope it gets better than here.
