| - I would never recommend this UC unless you absolutely have nowhere else to go. The Dr. that I had was named David. He was nice, but did not seem knowledgeable about blood tests, which is what I was there for. He seemed to be guessing rather than speaking matter of fact, and this was displeasing.
I had blood drawn from me by the nurse, who was also very nice, and this was her first day at the UC office, yet it was easily the worst experience I've had with having blood drawn. It all went smooth, however, she was asking the other nurse how much blood to draw after blood was already being taken from me. I understand this is not a completely easy thing to do, but because of this, I know there are others in town that are much more professional and given the fact that you pay the same price going somewhere that is better, I would recommend the Teneya location.
I was just there the other day and they helped me along well. However I filled out the entire form about my family medical history and I literally had 2 nurses come in and ask me about my family medical history of cancer, diabetes, etc within 10 minutes. Waste of time if the first nurse already asked me these Q's and I had filled out the form in its entirety. Not to mention, I did not have blood drawn or anything like that. I wanted some antibiotics for a soar throat. Not that difficult. Why I needed to be probed twice about family medical history for a soar throat that I told them was the reason I was there, I don't know.
