I lived here for about a year back in 2009.
My overall experience is great. I felt like I was living the luxury life, but at a great discount. Plus, their staff were always very happy to help. Paul was especially enjoyable.
My only complaint is with their corporate attitude. The "only doing their jobs" attitude that is prevalent nowadays. They raise their rates on you frequently, no matter what. Slowly pushing you out is what it felt like. At some point they become much less affordable, and therefore less attractive.
We left because they wouldn't let three people stay in a one bedroom, a couple and their infant. They said it's due to fire regulations, and the age of our infant (above 1). But it amounting to strong arming us out of our apartment. We wanted to stay too. Which is ironic. You've got demand for a service, and the customer is already yours, yet you still will raise their rates despite them telling you it will force them to leave. Bad business...
