  • My experience at Kierland Brighton was wonderful. I came in with a list of bejeweled goods I needed to purchase for gifts, picked out ahead of time by myself and my boss. A kind lady came up to me as soon as I entered and we got straight down to business with my to-buy list. The sports charms + bracelets were a piece of cake to find with her help! The quantity of one particular necklace we selected from online was more difficult to find, but the service provided at this Brighton made the search much easier. She quickly picked up the phone and called the other area Brighton stores to verify their quantity so I or my boss could drive by to pick up. Thankfully the Scottsdale Fashion Mall location manager & salesperson in front of me were friendly and I managed to snag the other 3 necklaces at SFM Brighton! All of the gifts were well-received with huge smiles. Brighton definitely made that possible!
