  • The customer service here is excellent! I've been in a few locations before and was pleased with all of them. This location really stands out for me because when I came they were crazy busy and still made sure everyone could find what they were looking for and answered all the questions one could possibly think of. Maybe they are just so used to a deluge of tourists they have been able to get their act together, but I was so impressed. You could tell the employees really knew their stuff (or were amazing BS artists) because they could give informative answers about their products instead of saying that 'Everything is great. You'll be happy with anything.' Do people not realize they sound like they don't know what they are talking about when they thing EVERYTHING is great? But I digress. Moral of the story: walked in to look around; walked out with Strawberry Feels Forever massage bar and a smile on my face.
