  • Pretty sweet spot - top 2 spas I have been two and I can't remember the other one so I guess this is it. This place has top notch amenities with my favorite details being the eucalyptus spray in the shower, the comfortable reading chairs in the waiting area, and the unique pool floats at the rooftop pool. Also at the pool I appreciated the complimentary sunscreen and waters available. The waterfall pool also being a nice feature. For serious gym goers the gym here is a bit limited both in space and equipment particularly if others are also in the room. Also small details here are still missing like the confusion where to have your meal served as they do not ask you that on the meal form. Also the men's toilet sink area I visited did not offer soap or towels, not sure if it was an oversight or if I was supposed to go to another room to wash up. Finally, I tried the smoothies but at $10 these are truly overpriced for the small amount you get, particularly for men. Consider different sizes and a better pricing format. I paid for the bod pod service to measure fat percentage. Primarily because it was fairly priced. My only comment on this service was the sheet provided with the analysis talks about kcal information and to learn more see the additional information sheet which was not provided or offered during the service. In conclusion, while I rate this location 5 stars primarily for the beautiful property, there is certainly areas that could use improvement. I imagine the toughest challenge for a business like this is learning how to avoid complacency and continuing to offer the highest level of service imaginable.
