When I called to book my puppy's spay, I was put on hold, twice, accidentally hung up on and then rushed though the booking. I arrived on time, my dog was terrified to go in and I had a bad feeling. When I told them what I was there for they said the vet was on vacation and they had called to re-schedule all spays that day. I obviously hadn't received a phone call.
When they looked up my appointment, it didn't exist even though I had a page of information with her appointment time, fasting info, and prices. I was told I could reschedule for Saturday or Monday. I asked if they had space for her Saturday and was told they'd make space for all the rescheduled appointments. Hmmm, so you'd rush though to get as many done as you could in one day?
The worst part of all this, I took a day off away from my work, I drove my husband to Richmond Hill at 6am so I could make it back in time to pick up my dog from home (she's not great with car rides) and get her to the appointment. Getting stuck in morning traffic all the way there and back was a complete waste of time.
I booked here because I could get her in without a wait and because it's cheaper... Probably definitely a sign I should have never taken her there in first place. It seems the place is run by completely incompetent people. I'd rather pay more than deal with incompetence.
