The people at the store seemed nice and helpful, and it was nice getting a phone in store and set up as opposed to waiting via the mail. However, that's where it ends. The saleswoman talked me into using a $100 promo for the phone I purchased, which allowed me to get $100 worth of accessories which she told me would be charged to the account but IMMEDIATELY refunded. A couple weeks later, there's an extra $100 charged to my account. I went into the store and the manager said to just not pay it, and it would come off the next billing cycle. Well, new billing statement was just issued and surprise, surprise- it's still on there!!
