| - I, too, am not happy at the way the agent, Pam Hammond, is representing the buyers of my home. I have asked her time and time again not contact me about any more concessions. But, she defies my wishes and comes back asking for more.
After everything was signed including the BNSR, and after I have given the buyers $5,000 concessions, she comes back with another addendum. Rather than explain to the buyer the value that the value that they are getting by purchasing the property for $5,000 less than it appraised for, she tries to get more concessions.
Additionally, the buyer told me that he plans to tag into the closing a home warranty, something I did not agree to.
This kind of approach will make all the transaction fail, and at this point, I don't care if it does as it has been a terrible experience.
