Today I had a training session with a trainer named Shai. He is very motivating, and professional. This has been one of the best training sessions I have ever had! (Even though I know I will be sore tomorrow) it was fun. He shows/coaches you on how to do your exercises through out your workout, so you don't feel lost and know you are doing it properly, so you don't hurt yourself. He also maps out your workouts for the rest of the week on the days you don't see him and makes sure you can do the exercises properly. If you are looking for a personal trainer and really want to see results ask for Shai.
