  • Pinoy's Best is located in the Arrowhead mall on the bottom level by the entrance to Macy's. I visited today because I felt like having a drink that wasn't from Starbucks. I didn't feel like having coffee but I also was surprised by the boba offerings on the menu - so I went for my safe choice - which is chai tea latte. Now my iced soy chai latte was perfectly fine and tasted good, but it was a little disheartening to watch the barista pour ice, silk milk, and oregon concentrated chai into a cup and charge me $4 for a small. I'm sure other places use mixes too, but knowing that I could get the same ingredients from any grocery store for 1/10th of the price was saddening. I'm sure the owner is a nice person and I like to support small businesses, but if I do come back, I will likely order something else so I don't feel like I got such a terrible deal.
