  • I was a customer of Kachi since they opened on Bloor Street in the 90's.Today I went to their Kensington location and ordered the lunch special Bulgogi platter ($7.95). The photo shows a serving a kimchi accompanying the dish. When the dish arrived, I found kimchi missing. So I asked the waitress for the missing kimchi. Her immediate response: "it was only a photo... and the price is only six dollars. What do you expect!". For me eating Bulgogi without kimchi is not my way of enjoying Korean food. So I left.
