I must start off by saying if I could of gave a zero I would. The first time my husband and I saw these apartments I was absolutely in love with them but at that time I was currently in a lease and unable to move. Now that my lease is coming to a end my husband and I decided to start looking for a new place. Naturally we start looking on places like Hotpads Zillow etc.. and come across Calypso listed price was $825-$1035. Since we liked them so much before, we were really excited to see they had units available and with in our price rang (as last time they were going for $1086) and we saw this price on a few different rental sites but it said they only had a few available. So we decide to go to Calypso and jump on this, we have the money to move in, it's within our price range and we love these apartments it couldn't be better until we get to Calypso. Not only are ALL of the sites wrong on price but they are COMPLETELY unwilling to give it to us at the price it is listed for and to make matters worse they KNOW about the listings and still will NOT budge at all. Not only is this false advertising st it's finest but it's HORRIBLE customer service!! If you have it listed on several rental sites and your aware it's listed on there then you should do the right thing and give it to the person for the price it's listed at. I mean if I went to target and something has a price tag on it for $10 but it's ringing up $20 I (and everyone I know) would expect then to give it to me for the price on the sticker this is No different. I Never leave comments but this is not acceptable at all. I would of taken it for the $1035 even but still not will to come to an agreement on their mistake not mind and the manager wouldn't even come and speak with me. Again this is very much so FALSE ADVERTISING and I should of been given the apartment for that price. I have included a picture as well. I can say I'm VERY disappointed in this especially since I love this apartment however $1096 ,which is the price they told us today, is way to high and since they were aware of the listing the manager should of made an exception and given to me for that price.
