My family and I wanted to grab dinner at Collision Bend Brewing on a Friday night around 6:30 pm. We were told the wait for a table would be around 2 hours. We put our name in anyways thinking maybe others would dip out of line before us. The wait was surprisingly long as the place didn't seem that full and there were numerous empty tables.
During our 2 hour wait we wondered to the bar and enjoyed a few flights. I will say, I enjoyed the beer here. All 6 of us have very different taste in beer and it seemed as though we were all able to find something we each liked.
When we were eventually seated (yes, we waited a full 2 hours) we were seated on the back patio. It was VERY loud and echoey (is that a word?) which made it hard to hear our waitress. We ordered items from the menu ranging from fish fry, pulled pork, burgers, pizza, and a moroccan chick pea stew (yes, it was actually pretty good!). Our food came out in a timely manner and everyone enjoyed their meal. We even tipped it off with ice cream since we were celebrating a birthday.
Overall, this place was ok. The atmosphere/decor is really what I liked most about it. If we do go back, I would try to sit inside or wait until it gets warm and sit outside.
