  • My wife spoke with Gareth (the new manager) and he set up the date to come. Gareth said they would show up between 9 and 10 am. My wife ended up calling at 10:15 and they said that they had needed to stop for supplies and would be there in 5 minutes. They didnt show up and start working till 10:40. They had already made me an hour late for work! She asked them to just do the normal cleaning and the only two "custom" items she needed them to do was the baseboards in my 3 bathrooms and to oil the front of my kitchen cabinets and the bathroom cabinets. They called me after 4 HOURS and said they still weren't finished and that it would be another hour. When she got home she was mortified!!!! In the 5 hours that they claimed to clean my house the only thing they had gotten done was my 3 bathrooms (2 of which they didnt clean the baseboards like she asked). They also only oil the front of the cabinets. THAT IS IT!!! They DIDN'T clean my fridge (inside or out) they didn't clean my stove top, they didnt wipe down my dishwasher...NOTHING! When she went upstairs one of the cleaners was still finishing up one of the bathrooms and they didnt vacuum anywhere upstairs. When she confronted them about not doing what she asked them to do. One of the started throwing a fit and starting saying the F word and yelling at her and in front of my children. She told her to call her manager and to leave the house. I spoke with the Manager (Gareth) and he is an absolute idiot. There was no apology or anything that he said he could do. He said that they cleaned for the 5 hours so I owe them the $200.00. This was a Mothers Day gift to my wife and it ended up being a horrible experience. I cant get my money back but the best thing that I can do is to advice you to STAY AWAY from this company. It should not take 5 hours to clean only bathrooms and oil kitchen cabinets.When they left I ended up having to finish mopping my floors, vacuuming my whole upstairs and clean the oil (from the cabinets) that they had on their hands and had touched all over my house. It was the worst experience I have ever had and there was NO professionalism by the manager at all. Please dont use this company. I would hate for you to sit on your floor and cry like my wife did after they left.
