  • Wow, I very rarely complain but this Starbucks was a shit show! I noticed the long line for the drive-thru so I went inside. It took almost a minute for anyone to notice I was even standing at the register. No big deal, except for the fact that there were six people working back there. They were all talking to each other as if their guests couldn't hear them, it was really awkward and unprofessional!! After one of them finally made my drink, she set it on the opposite counter behind her and forgot about it. It was another couple minutes before anyone realized I still didn't have my drink. I'm not saying you shouldn't go to this Starbucks, it seemed like there were quite a few new people behind the bar. But hopefully management will see this and help correct the problem!
