I did not have any bad experiences at this No Frills prior to it being acquired by Richard, the new owner. I do not know what happened, but now the employees are unfriendly, unwilling to help, and impolite. In fact, I think some of them lack basic etiquette! On several occasions, cashiers did not (or refused to) make eye contact with the customer when handing them change or telling them the amount to pay. Some employees will look impatient if they are inquired about where a certain item is, and those that are shelving items will pretend to not see you if you approach them with a question that requires a quick response. Why do some employees act as if they are better than the customer when THEY are the ones serving them? Did they have a bad day or personal issues that made them project their frustrations on the customer? The management ought to do something about this.
