  • F21 is easily one of my favorite brands and places to shop. It's trendy and very affordable - something that speaks greatly to me. Sadly, this particular location is the filthiest, most outdated, run-down F21 I've visited. The pics don't lie - this place probably has never, ever been cleaned. With many parts of the mall already remodeled, I pray that this store will be too. The times that I do go here, the customer service has always been pleasant. Reading all of the really awful CS stories made me so sad but I'm sure that I've been lucky thus far. My last visit was to return a final sale item I bought online and they agreed to let me exchange it for a different item because it was defective (and maybe my persistent yet polite attitude helped too). Definitely shop online first, visit the stores in Scottsdale, Chandler, Tempe, etc. second, and as a last resort - here.
