| - As everyone here has already mentioned, Gaucho is amazing. The wait outside moves fairly quickly and is completely worth every second. Once inside, the atmosphere is fantastic - the staff does a wonderful job of keeping it relaxed, hipster-ish, and low key. They answered all of our questions and eased us into the entire experience. And so suave.
I love that they provide seating but allow the customer to grab their own place settings, glasses and sauces. No cork fee! And the sauces are all delicious (and not spicy!!). The music is amazing too, like old school, early 2000s hip hop.
Waiting for our food, all we could do was stare at everyone else's dinners with longing eyes. Totally acceptable behavior at Gaucho, btw. I did the Rosemary braised sandwich and it was magnificent. And we split three empanadas. Next time, and there will definitely be a next time, I'm definitely going for the grilled corn and an open faced cut that includes a tostado and a side salad. Because I almost attacked my friend's plate for it. The veggies will help break up all the meat and bread.
I don't really have to mention it, but everyone needs to stop by. You absolutely won't regret it. Five stars.
