  • Waited almost an hour to get my toolbox!! I was told they were running a special on tools and toolboxes and decided to pick a toolbox up. Before I checked out I was told they had 14 in Stock and would bring one right out... I waited for half an hour in front of home depot with my blinkers on before I decided to walk back in to see what was taking so long. Supposedly they couldn't find it but were "working on it" ... (they were also confused on who the customer was.. I guess they didn't think to check outside where they told me to pull up to let me know what was going on) I should've just asked to return it right then and there because I got stuck waiting another 25 minutes before 3 guys finally came out with it. I was greeted with sarcastic (and almost sexist) joking from one guy and the other 2 were just silent, as if I'm the one who inconvenienced them. Really!? I guess my time and money is a joke to HD employees. I'm pretty disappointed in the "customer service" I received today. Employees lacked training (Mr. sarcastic) , courtesy, and common sense. 0 stars if I could.
