This place is one of the classiest and exclusive-looking buffets in Las Vegas - definitely one of the best. Dinner can be a grand experience. If you can't appreciate top-quality gourmet foods in a beautiful, rich setting, you might be better off elsewhere. While this buffet is typically quiet and classy, during my latest visit a sloppy, loud, and foul-mouthed group was a distraction - something you don't expect in a place like this, but certainly no fault of the buffet. That aside, the prime rib was outstanding - tender, seasoned, and not overcooked. Lamb chops were also tender and not overcooked. Salad area was large and impressive. Desserts were very unique and outstanding. The entire staff is very professional: well-organized and providing attentive table service. Counters were kept impeccably clean and organized. Even minor floor spills were tended to almost instantaneously. This is a great buffet for a special occasion. For a less-hectic experience I would avoid weekends here. Unfortunately, the new pay parking policy will squelch my future visits here.
