  • Avoid Fulton at all costs. I recommend you never buy a Fulton home. It has been nothing but issues and their employees have a nonchalant attitude about it. We have been inconvenienced many times for them to come fix the problems that they created and half the time their workers show up and are not even prepared. They have wasted more of my time then I care to admit. Anyone looking to purchase a new home, I suggest you look elsewhere. Our issues started before closing when Fulton installed the wrong tile. Apparently their design center employees are not good at writing down the chosen product. They then removed the wrong tiles and installed the correct tile as quick as possible, damaging it and creating an uneven floor in the process. I took day after day off from work to have them fix the tile, just to have them not show up or to show up with the WRONG tile. We also have issues under our carpet, divets and humps in the flooring. The shower panels were damaged during installation-- their solution-- fill it with a putty like substance, that continues to dissolve after a few showers, leaving us with cracks and holes again. Instead of installing all new panels they just want to slap a bandaid on it and call it good. They'll tell you the problems are "rare" but really, there are SO many homeowners in our subdivision with the same problems. They aren't rare.. this has become the norm for Fulton. The customer service is just another issue to go along with the many, many issues with buying a Fulton home. Avoid it at all cost.
