  • I decided it was time for a new HVAC company after 17 years of mediocre service from the previous one. Goettl came out and were on time. The technician Jeff was very thorough and efficient. He performed an A/C rejuvenation service in a little over an hour. He did of course have some recommendations for the unit. I'm sure part of his job is to sell as much as possible. The price we eventually got to for the repairs was still on the high side of online estimators but livable. The pictures he provided and his explanation went a long way in closing the deal for the additional work. I plan to use Goettle in the future for any HVAC needs.
