| - So I randomly decided to get my nails done today at a new salon. I found a coupon for $2 off and it was an incentive to come. Since it was an impromptu choice, I told them I wanted to look at the colors first. I took a half hour to do that. I was serviced by the male tech, Jack, whom also answered some of my questions with much hostility. Since I am not a pro nail technician who knows about the services (not even a board with pricing available), Jack treated me like I was a total dumbass. My questions weren't even stupid! During the acrylic application, Jack got pissy with me when I had a couple more questions. Otherwise, I sat there and STFU so he could focus. I only asked about 5 questions total. Lastly, after being instructed to wash my hands, Jack disappears and dumps me on his wife to finish. Upon checking out, I was so upset I forgot to give her my coupon and left. I was not told thank you or anything. Did I tip? HELL NO! I feel bad for the owner,Be, and will be writing her a letter. If you come here, do NOT be serviced by him. Actually, I just don't recommend this salon. Even though my nails look awesome, Jack killed the experience.
UPDATE
Business manager called me back and apologized. That tech is no longer employed there. He was the only problem. I will be back..
