  • Made appointment to get a key fob programmed. The service technician that helped me was either completely messing with me or a complete idiot. Couldn't find my appointment anywhere. Literally took 10 minutes looking then offered to get me in anyway but would wait a couple of hours for a 5 minute program. Then rechecked and round my appointment. Really seemed he didn't want to work. He pretty much ended any business for me...forever.
