  • I saw this on groupon and purchased to try them out. However I had to think about how many stars I was going to give as it became such a horrible experience. I had scheduled my appointment for Thursday but then called back to change it for a Friday the day of my appointment I arrived and I was not even on schedule I was so mad and pissed as I have kids and my husbands needs to work so this was in inconvenience. A girl name Christy was a bit rude at first as I lost my patience's already with finding out I was never booked even though I they told me how my artist was which was Christy and she even gave me an attitude when I mention that it was a groupon purchase as she said "she doesn't do groupon" ok not sure what she was trying to get with her attitude then they wanted me to come back a 1 pm as she already has a person coming in and confirmed it was just an inconvenience for me and I was already not happy about this. As she mention she will give me a discount for whatever happened. Booked the 1pm then got a call again from Christy saying the girl had to leave which got me a bit more upset as I'm already upset that my appointment was never booked. However she scheduled me for Sunday with Courtney (didn't know they where closed) but Courtney was so nice enough to take me in on her off day. Courtney was just amazing she understood how upset I was and frustrated on the way christy handled this issue. they way Courtney did my lashes are Amazing. however i went on vacation and my lashes i just got done on Sunday the 17th, my lashes fall out so fast within a week of having them on they just started falling of day by day and i know it cant be the weather difference as i always had my lashes done and went to the same place we go on vacation every year just this time with Bella lash their product just kept falling over every single day to where on monday i only had 5 lashes each eye left which is a disappointment. I dont think i be coming back here at all as im not to happy with the service here provided by the, and the quality of their lashes. but Courtney was just the most nices person their. If i can give her a 5 STAR i differently would give her those 5 stars but for the company 1 stars is what i had to rate them i just couldnt believe the way i was treated by the staff their. as far as they work off by their phone devices where they dont have an actual computer to confirm appts. i believe they have an ipad but two of their staff their just gave me the most horrible attitude that i would not recommend this place for lashes at all.
