  • Got a room just as a staycation and get out of our normal routine. & since we've never stayed here before, why not? First I noticed that NONE of the people who work here or work in any shop here are friendly at all and exude the "I hate my job" attitude! from the food court to the coffee shop by the registration desk! RUDE! if you're going to have that kind of attitude, please get another job where the public does not have to deal with your ass! We get to our room to start our night(6pm), my fiancĂ© was hungry so we looked at the menu in the book, called to order, room service stops at 1pm! so we head down to maybe hit the pool up(it's still sunny, during spring break), couldn't do that either because it's closed! At this point, what is actually open? We get drinks and extra to bring to the room so we can I guess party in the room since everything is closed! We get to the room and there's no fridge!!! annoyingly, we pack enough ice from the machine to bring to our room and put in the sink. smh! to make matters worse, it's hotter in our room than it is in the hallway! our thermostat is set to the lowest temperature on the highest speed! what do we have to put this on? "POWER RANGER!" the night was so uncomfortable and such a waste of money. I would never recommend this place to anyone and never visit.
