  • I ask is this last maintenance part of the contract I paid for just to confirm. I was told yes it was. I have been told by 2 others of the same thing, 1 person was also in the main billing department. When I call the office last week they showed a $0 balance. Now, all of the sudden they show a balance and the last maintenance was not part of the contract and BTW you're late on a payment that I didn't know existed. Hmmmmmm...
